About Us


Est 2011, Former Chef for President Donald Trump, Mar-a-Lago Resort, and a 2000 Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY.   Our menu consist of "global fusion" from  American, Chinese, Filipino, Italian,  Middle Eastern, tacos, and desserts. Just healthy (pan-fried & steamed) menu selections, nothing fried in our truck.  We even offer: vegetarian, gluten, nut, eggs -free menu items.  We look forward hearing from you and discuss your catering needs.
