Curbside Chef Food Truck opened its window in the summer of 2011 in Orlando Fl. We are a husband and wife team. Chef Clarito is a 2000 Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. And former Chef for President Donald Trump, Mar-a-lago Resort, West Palm Beach.
Our goal is to provide a fresher alternative to fried fast-food but with the benefits of fast food response time. To provide excellent customer serves with the added bonus of quality gourmet food. Our menu consist of "Global Fusion" from American (Shrimp & Cheesy Grits), Chinese (Dim Sum Sampler), Filipino (Chicken Adobo Taco), Italian (Goat Cheese Ravioli), and Middle Eastern (Falafel Salad) just to name a few. We even offer: vegan, vegetarian, gluten, nut and eggs -free menu items. Our "Non-Traditional" unique way of catering is perfect for Covid 19. Dine OUTSIDE or we can cater inside.
